2. Services

Canadian Precision Homes provides construction and renovation services including but not limited to:

• Custom home construction
• Kitchen and bathroom renovations
• Whole house renovations
• Commercial construction projects
• Finishing carpentry and framing
• General contracting services

3. Project Agreements

All construction and renovation projects will be governed by a separate written contract that includes:

• Detailed scope of work
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Materials specifications
• Warranties and guarantees

4. Estimates and Pricing

Initial estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing will be detailed in the project contract. Additional work or changes to the original scope may result in additional charges, which will be approved in writing before proceeding.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts and typically include:

• Initial deposit upon contract signing
• Progress payments at specified milestones
• Final payment upon project completion
• Accepted payment methods: cash, check, bank transfer, credit card

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to the work site
• Make timely decisions regarding materials and design choices
• Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Communicate any concerns promptly

7. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties:

• Workmanship warranty as specified in project contract
• Manufacturer warranties on materials and products
• Prompt response to warranty claims

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canadian Precision Homes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Insurance and Licensing

Canadian Precision Homes maintains:

• Comprehensive general liability insurance
• Workers' compensation coverage
• All required licenses and permits
• Bonding as required by law

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between parties
• Mediation if negotiations are unsuccessful
• Binding arbitration as a last resort

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Canadian Precision Homes and is protected by copyright laws. Design plans and specifications created for clients remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement according to the terms specified in the individual contract. Termination must be in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the contract.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
